SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：

喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，耐磨损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；

喷枪体积小，电厂脱硝喷枪，套管外径只有36mm，锅炉脱硝喷枪，可直接安装于炉壁上。

喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；

采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；

脱硝工艺介绍

SNCR方法主要使用含氮的药剂在982℃附近的温度区域870～1200℃喷入含NO的燃烧产物中，发生还原反应，脱除NO，生成氮气和水。

由于在一定温度范围，有氧气的情况下，氮剂对NOx的还原，在所有其他的化学反应中占主导，水泥脱硝喷枪，表现出选择性，因此称之为选择性非催化还原。

氨水与尿素在脱硝还原反应中的佳温度

1、氨水温度范围较宽，在800～1100℃，还原率50％以上；

2、尿素在900℃还原达到80％以上，但温度较窄，要达到50％以上的还原效率，温度需在850～1000℃；

3、   湛流系列喷枪雾化颗粒小，喷射距离远，能够大程度的增加还原剂与烟气的接触面积，减少反应的时间，提高反应效率，降低还原剂的消耗。
